Size of a Worksheet

Hello,
I have a worksheet that although there are only 56 rows with entries, the
vertical scoll bar adjustor is very small and scrolls all the way down to row
65,000. The worksheet displays approx 160 rows at a time.Other sheets in the
workbook have a large scroll bar adjustor and only show approx 32 rows.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?
