Access 2000 and newer: 2 GB
The effective size of an Application can go beyond these limits by splitting
a database into a Front-End (containing all Queries, Forms, Reports, Macros,
Modules and local use tables) linked to a Back-End (containing all shared
tables). Multiple Back-Ends are also possible.
