Site problems

I am having porblems with a web site, I want it to be
block from popping up on my screen, there is only one that
gives me a problem the site is www.rouwa.com please let me
know if there is anything that can be done.

Use a HOSTS file. A good one here which I use.
All you have to do is add your unwanted site to it.
When and if you update the file, you will need to add it again, but make
sure the entry is not already in.

The best way is to block the server from tracking you in the first place
Blocking Ads with a Hosts File and AdShield. Under the Security Tab download
the hosts.zip file.
