"Site not Found"

I'm having trouble pulling up a specific
site (nextag.com)It's not a secure site... IE seems to be
running fine...I deleted the index.dat file in case it
was corrupt and that didn't work...I can't find anywhere
that I could have accidently blocked it...Any ideas out
there...

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
