Site doens't open first page when accessed

I created a simple site in Word with frame, i.e., left frame shows topics,
and right frame shows content for each topic. When I go to my site, right
frame displays content that's no associated with the first/intro topic. How
can I make the site open with the intro topic? Thank you.
