Site displays OK in IE but problems with Firefox

My site has been up for sometime: http://www.enhancedwealth.co.uk
I have recently viewed in with Firefox and noticed that the very top and
bottom of each page is displayed incorrectly.

Firefox adds white lines or borders and seems to ignore table/cell height
setting by making an area much bigger than it should be.
Most other parts of the site look OK but does anyone have any ideas on how
to fix this prob? I have tried playing with cell/table settings or removing
background images but nothing seems to alter the view in FF.
Thanks

FF is very tricking to work with. First big question is how many people are
using FF or other browsers on your site(this will tell you if it is worth
fixing it). I will look for more information on this issue, unless some
beats me to it.
