Windows XP SiSoftware Sandra problem

i download the SiSoftware Sandra XIb and install the windows xp on D101ggc main board.
after installation the program won't be open.
please help me

What error message do you get when you try to open it?

no error, just flik the screen and nothing application start.

You're going to have to look into your System Event Logs to obtain more detail of the problem.
Email them to me if you need a hand - (e-mail address removed)
You'll find them here - C:\Windows\System32\Config
ZIP up all EVT files and send.

it'll probably be a problem wit h your profile. Log on as another user thats a admin, rename the profile then log back on.

one month later i tride sandra to install my p3 computer, and the problem is same.
note: i always turn off widows updat.
