Sirux Virus, any feedback on this virus appreciated.

Not much info out there on this virus. A few symptoms are that upon
launching outlook express it automatically opens my browser and directs me
to http:\\sirux.fuker.net.
It interferes with downloads from the Symantec & McAffee. Pervents downloads
from Windows update site and lately I noticed about 30 seconds after I open
regedit, it mysteriously closes again.

Any info appreciated.

so far you've given us symptoms, not a name anyone can trace back to a
description of a known virus...

what did your up to date anti-virus product say when you scanned your
drive?
