Single User Settings . . . .

I am the only user of Windows XP (Pro) on my computer.

Can I get some advice on the best way to remove the ability to add
additional accounts or users, and to set up the Start Menu and
Startup/Shutdown screens to reflect that this is a one user only system?

Guess I'm asking how to set up an Administrator only machine.

I don't think you can do that.

XP was designed for multiple users.
