single month template

I am looking for a single month template that I can just change to the next
month & have all the information stay. I use this for shift scheduling. I
had an old Clarisworks program that I could do this with, but lost it in a
recent computer crash. It saved me a lot of cut & paste or retyping that I
have to do now with the month by month templates that I have found of
Microsoft Word 3000. Any suggestions? -S. 0.
 
I'm no guru by far, but I did this with the Tables function. Set it up as
desired, then just go into the cell you want to change (or the whole thing),
block and erase. Good luck!
