Since installing office 2007 or Dreamweaver I can not open help

I had this problem before and there was a solution posted to sort it out,
but I can not find the answer now that I have gone and installed the final
version of vista.

I do not know what is causing the problem, it is ether office 2007 pro or
dreamweaver but there was a reg file that used to sort the problem of not
being able to open help.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

Disregard the original post. I found the solution and all is well now.
