simplify password protection?

I have about 50 documents or memoranda in the "My
Documents" folder. I want to protect them ALL with a
password. It is a major pain to do them one at a time.

Query:
Is there a simple method to password protect them all
with one command?

You can't password protect a folder, but if you use NTFS as your disk
format, you can use security to protect the folder from whomever you want.
