Simple way to update 2000 GPO?

I've been wanting to update initial 2000 GPO's with the templates of
XP/2003. Does anyone know of a straightforward way copy or dump the
settings? I know GPMC can produce a report but it shows more than what I
need. Otherwise it's editing between two windows and stepping through it.
I don't have real complicated GPO's, but I know other admins get theirs
pretty customized. This is on a 2003 domain.

I believe the GPMC outputs XML, so, you could write your own XSLT if you
wanted. I don't know what other options there are commerically, though.
