Simple Question

Hi All

I have designed and published a new form with certain customised fields for
a Public Folder. However, once post the form and then open it, I do not see
any of
the customised field in fact all I just see the standard form.

How do I get it show my customised form after posting it ?

Is it set for separate compose and read layouts? If so, then you may need to configure the read layout.
