Simple Question Regarding a Simple Workbook

This is a easy one.
i have a simple little worksheet that some computer illeterate peopl
will be using.
i want a userform to come up with four text boxes.
text box 1: agents name
text box 2: agents ID#
text box 3: time logged out of system
text box 4: time logged off of phone

i will also need these four pieces of info to go into four differen
cells.
1 = a1
2 = b1
3 = f1
4 = g1

then i need a formula that will concentate these into one cell. i kno
the formula that i want to use, but when i use it, it puts the time
(text boxes 3 and 4) in standard format instead of time format. i nee
the formula to show the contents of several other cells in one cell bu
in the correct time format.

then i want the command button to send an e-mail with the info. i ca
do that. the problem i have is i want the subject to be text box2. i
that possible.

so in summation: i need help with a formula and a macro for sendin
e-mails with the subject being textbox2
