Simple Query to Filter Only Blank Fields

I am new to access. I know how to build a simple query in the "design view".

I would like to add a criteria that will look in my column named
"Improvement" and filter for only the blank cells. Is this possible ?

I am actually trying to retrieve just the blanks. I worded my original post
poorly - sorry. Any rate. I tried to put in ="" in the criteria but the
querry pulled in nothing.

Is there a way to retrieve only the blanks ?
