Simple Menu Structure

I am redesigning my website www.HistoricHomeWorks.com using FP2000. I now
have a very simple text menu at the top and bottom of each page, which uses
an include bot. The menus scroll out out view as the page is scrolled.

I want a menu of graphic images that stays in place along the right side of
the page and I want a banner of text across the top that stays in place. I
see how I could do that with frames, but I have read that frames can cause
problems, so I want to do it without frames.

I don't have a clue how to get started.

Please advise.

The easiest method is with frames which is designed for that purpose. The other method is to search
a JavaScript floating Menu script, but that will not solve your banner issue.
