Simple Mailmerge Question

I want to be able to mail merge so that only one record is used to
create the end document (instead of all the records in the table/
query). Is there a simple, easy way of doing this?

I have a working mail merge sample here:

You likely can even get this to work if you don't have much coding skills at
all. I have step by step instructions.

This sample system merges the current record you are viewing by default!!!
