Simple fan monitor software?

To run under WInXP on a Soyo P4S Dragon: I need something that will
watch fan speeds and pop up an alert if one drops too low, and,.
perhaps the same for temperatures?

I want something small, simple, no speed controls, just monitoring
with alerts. (and free?)

Any recommendations?
