simple button creation

How do I create simple buttons with text that change color when doing a mouse
rollover. Is it only possible with Javascript? I am using FP 2002 and don't
want to use hover buttons or nav links. Is dhtml the only other option? Thank

You have to create the button images in a graphic application, if want to have the button change
color, then you have create a button with the text in each color, the button would all need to be
the same size. Then you would use a JavaScript mouse over script to display the different versions
of each button.
