similar problem as well

I also can't get to the slave drive. The BIOS detects it,
the drive is "working normally". Any suggestions???
 
I right clicked on my computer, then "manage"...when I
right-clicked on the drive, the only option given to me
was to "format the partition"
 
Hey Cari,

Thanks for your response. It only gave me the option
to "format partition". However, I had a version
of "GoBack" installed. I disabled and uninstalled it and
now it is seen under "my computer".
