I have downloaded the PDF version of Hands oN lab for LayOutAndData. I would
like to go through the project file to see how it works without typing the
entire code. Where can I find the code listing

Currenly there's no source code available. Would you mind copy&paste the
code to your project? I believe it's a good practise to learn a new
technology.
