I understand the SW has very poor info. Has anyone read the above book and
been helped?
 
If you have not used Silverfast before, it is a good introduction to the
use of the tool. It is, IMHO, much better than the PDFs supplied with
the software. Like other PS manuals it focuses on the mechanics of using
the tool, not so much on why you would want to scan a certain way. i
would go to my nearest Barnes & Noble and special order it. If you don't
like what you see, they will take it back gratis.
