I created 6 reports. Four of these are shown with a dark green book icon and
two have a light green icon. I can see all of the reports in the menu, but my
boss can only see the dark green icons. For a minute I thought they had been
erased!! What did I do and how can I correct this so that they are all
visible?? What does the light green icon mean as opposed to the dark green
icon

Is this a question about Microsoft Access? By the way, color blindness
could be an issue, especially if it is light green against a gray
background. Certain shades of red or green on a gray background (especially
if it is textured) are all but invisible to me.

Yes. Access. This is the access forum for beginners. And, I qualify there.

I can't see the light green report icons in the Report menu on his computer,
but we can both see them on mine. This isn't a color blindness issue.
Somehow, I have managed to hide these from other users and I want them to be
visible.

There has to be a listing of the icons that are used in Access and there
meanings??

Gotcha. They're hidden. Right click and clear the Hidden check box.
I thought you were talking about something on a drop-down menu in a program.
I should have read more carefully.

The two with light green icon are likely hidden, however you have chosen to
show hidden objects in Tools, Options.

Right-click them and uncheck Hidden.

Boy. Now I really feel dumb. There's too many little things to keep track of
here. Thanks for your help.

Lots of things are pretty easy once you know how, but in a world where we
click "Start" to turn off the computer the obvious is sometimes a few layers
below the surface.
