Silly newbie question re where to download Dotnetfx.exe

Hi Everyone,

where can i download a copy of dotnetfx.exe? i go to the microsoft
downloads site and feel i am being passed between pillar and post.

i have a choice between NET Framework 1.1 and NET Framework Version
1.1 Redistributable but which to choose??

i have a vb.net app i wish to deploy to a totally clean client
machine.

You only need to install the framework 1.1 redist.
