silicon building block and windows logo

hi all,

My company is developing an usb mouse ic chip. For usb logo, their support
the certification for silicon building block. But for windows logo, I can't
find any related information on its website about if the windows logo can be
certificated to a silicon building block or not.

Do you know something about it? Please give me some help on this issue.

This is because MS does not certify chips or "silicon building blocks".
It does certify devices, drivers and systems.
