Signatures in Outlook

I've been trying to set up a signature that I designed on Word, but when I
try to paste it on the options to set up a new signature, do not let me do
it. I took the my job logo and added my personal information on it, so the
logo it is backward my personal information, My question is, how me I paste
this signature on Outlook?
