Outlook 2003, allows different or no signatures within different email
accounts:
If I turn off a signature for my personal acct. no signature shows up in my
business account emails. If I edit it or turn it on within my business acct
it shows up in my personal emails now. It seems all or nothing with
signatures lately. Is there a hotfix I can't find?

thanks :)

You can use the Insert, Signature command on the menu of the email. Then you
can have several different signatures or boilerplate text to insert. OL 2003
does allow diff signatures in diff accts. Go to Format, Signatures, use the
Acct dropdown menu to set up diff sigs in diff accts.

You must have a default signature for every account, even if that signature
contains a single space character.
