Signatures - Outlook 2003

David

In Outlook 2003, I can make one signature work all Ok and no problems.
I happen to have 4 email adresses (names) that need slightly different
signatures.

The issue is that when I enter the details for other signatures, and then go
to send an email from that email address by the "change account" command,
the signature file will not show....

In other words, even after having entered all the signature details and got
them all in the correct order through the signature pasrt of "options", I
can only ever see ONE signature and it is always the same...

OIs there a button somewhere that allows the signature files for other email
accounts.

Any help is really welcome. This one is driving me mad....totally mad......I
know there must be a way...but I just cannot find it.....

If you want Outlook to change signatures when you change accounts, you need to be using Word as the email editor and set a default signature for all accounts.
