I created my signature in outlook but when i write an email to anyone my
signature is always indented. is there a way in which i can align it with the
rest of my email automatically instead of pushing the indent button before
sending the email?

check the signature in tools, options, mail format, signature - you
apparently created it indented because default is to have it blocked left.
