Signature Template

Hi All!
Any one who knows if I could create a signature template and
distribute so that other user could import the template into their
OUTLOOK?And How? We are using Outlook 2007. Thanks a lot!

Create your siggnature and give it to whom you wish. Have them place it in
any folder on their PC, then have them click Tools>Options>Mail
Format>Signatures>New, select the option to use a file, browse to the file
you gave then, and click OK.
 
You can drop a signature set (txt, rtf, and html versions) in their
signature folder under My documents and Settings folder. Then they just need
to select the signature to use with the account.
