Signature problem in replies

I am using Outlook 2003. My signature shows up differently with different
contacts when I try to respond to them. In some cases the signature format
is fine, but in other cases when replying from the same email address my
signature shows up with a space between each line of the name/address. Is
there a way to correct this and make it consistent?

There a 3 different signatures; one for each message format. You can change
them individually by modifying their corresponding file. For more info see;
