"Signature" option from "insert" menue not available

Hello,
When I want to insert one of my signatures in meeting requests the option is
not available from the [insert] menu (grayed-out). I have signatures
configured and I can add them in messages with no problem but not in all my
meeting requests. Sometimes it works and some other it does not...
Any idead?

Can you tell us your version? When does it work and when doesn't it work?
