In Outlook 2003, when create new message, under "Insert" menu, the
'Signature' option is missing.
Without that i can't manually insert signature.

With Word as your email editor you either need to always add a Signature or
use an auto-text entry as a signature. The option you have mentioned is only
available when Word is not used as the editor.

You can add an "automatic" signature - Open Outlook>create
mail>Word>Tools>Options>General tab>E-mail options>E-mail signature tab -
provide necessary info.

Yeah, that's what I referred to but it will only always add automatically as
I've said. You can't just insert it as required as you can when not using
Word unless you use an autotext entry.
