Signature missing Office 2003

I have no problem with my signature if I send a NEW e-mail or replying a old
one. My problem is if I want to send a file in attachement; there is the step
I do to get the problem:

For this exemple my file will be located on my Desktop

- From the desktop right-click on a file (that I want to send via e-mail as
an attachement) and SEND TO / MAIL RECIPIENT

- A new mail open with my attachement but no siganture...

How to add the signature automatically ?

Thanks

I found the solution:

Because Send To commands use Simple MAPI to create a message with the
system's default mail program. They don't invoke Outlook directly.
