Hello

I am using Outlook XP(2002) and my question is, why does outlook
automatically inserts a space between each line? I am not using Word as
email editor, and I am using HTML for all outgoing mail.

Here's an example of my signature:

Kent Shih
PO Box 85688
Seattle, WA 98145

but when I send an email, Outlook will automatically insert this at the end
of my email:

Kent Shih

PO Box 85688

Seattle, WA 98145

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Kent

Use SHIFT+ENTER when creating a new line instead of ENTER

In HTML SHIFT+ENTER is a linbreak where ENTER is a paragraph
