Signature in Outlook Express

Anyone,

Is it possible to modify the font style & size for custom
signatures in Outlook Express? This option exists in
Outlook, but I don't see how it's possible in Outlook
Express. All it seems to allow is plain, 10p black text
font for my signature option. I would like to personalize
my signature, but it doesn't seem to allow that.

I appreciate any tips anyone can provide.

Also, I heard that Outlook Express is an "improvement" over
Outlook. So far, other than the fact it is different, I
can see no real advantages or disadvantages. Can anyone
tell me what the advantages are of one vs. the other?

Thanks again!

Ted,

Did anyone ever reply? I had a file set up in Word with the formatting I
wanted for my custom signature including the font, colors and borders I
liked. I saved it as an htm document. In OE under Tools, options, signature
tab I could create a signature as text or access a file. I selected the file
button and the system would attach the file I created in Word to every
outgoing message or news item I posted. This worked fine for a while. Today I
tried to modify the file slightly and now everytime I try to include my
signature in the outgoing documents I receive a message that says the
signature file is too big and that it is being truncated. The file is only
8kb so I don't know what the problem is. If there is anyone that can help me
resolve this it would be great!!!!

Thanks.

YOu can try looking for replies in an Outlook Express group - most folks who
post here about OE are directed to the proper group for Outlook Express
inquiries - this is not an Outlook Express group. This group supports
Outlook from Microsoft Office System - Outlook Express is a part of Internet
Explorer.

If you are using the Web interface to post questions - try looking under the
Windows news groups for your version of Outlook Express.

You can also try http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com for Outlook Express help.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Dfoster asked:
