Signature Image not showing in some replys...?

I have my signature saved as an htm file. Everthing is correct...I've double
checked. When I create a new message, my signature always works. When I
reply sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...it'll just show the box
with the red x instead of my banner. Any suggestions on how to fix this???

Uncheck Always reply to messages in the format in which they were sent.

Is the signature file 4 KB or less? If not, it probably won't work
in Windows Mail, even though most methods of creating an .htm
file seldom produce files that small.
