Signature Doesn't appear-need a hotfix but can't find it.

I've got a user that her signature doesn't appear on certain reply emails.
Her settings are correct and I've been trying to locate a hotfix for it per
article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908520/

This article points to the hotfix KB here:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=898457

I'm not sure if I'm just having a mental block here or what, but I can't
find this hotfix anywhere. It's not even on our WSUS server and a google
search yields results that point back to the KB article.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support
Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Product

They shouldn't charge you for the call.
 
What is it that you don't understand in the article? As stated; contact
Microsoft to obtain the fix.

The link to the Microsoft Product Support Services page does not work. Page
unavailable...I have no number to contact them with.
