signature and stationary buttons not working

In Outlook 2007, neither the signatures or stationary/fonts buttons work.
When I click on them, they appear to go down like I clicked, but the popup
box never opens to configure them. Any thoughts?

Thanks Mary, that is where I'm at, in the Options dialog box, on the Mail
Format tab, neither of those two buttons work. No popup box ever appears to

I have not been able to resolve the issue and am actually uninstalling all
copies of 2007 and reinstalling 2003. We have had too many issues with 2007.

I found a fix somewhere else online (after searching for 10 hours):

Delete your temporary internet files and it works.

I thought it was a fluke, but it really worked.
