SIGNATURE AND FONTS ERRORS

HELP NEEDED:

I'm using MS OFFICE 2003 that contains OUTLOOK 2003. I went to change my
email signature and fonts in MS OUTLOOK but it keep locking and getting
errors and then it logs me off out of outlook and restart out look without.
Please see msg. below is what I keep getting each time I try to make changes
to the outlook Mail Format. PLEASE HELP!

find and delete outcmd.dat.
