"&" sign on a form's label

Hi,

Does anybody know how to show "&" on the form's label, for
example, to show R & D.

Double it in the Caption, i.e.:
R && D

 

[Jeff Conrad]

Double it up:

R && D will display as R & D.

Double the ampersand:

R && D
