How do I remove that icon from my systray at startup ??
( it's not at the startup folder , nor can I
recognize an understanble line in Msconfig )

There is a registry entry at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\SideWinderT
rayV4

If you feel comfortable in the registry you can remove that and it will not
start on boot anymore.

If you don't want to delete the entry then
1. Click Start -> Run and type msconfig in the Run dialog,
2. Hit Enter
3. Click the Startup tab
4. Find "SideWinderTrayV4" in the list and remove the check next to it.
5. Click OK.
