Sidebar Always Floats to the Top Right of Screen

How do I get the sidebar to default to the bottom right of my screen rather
than the top right?
 
Gadgets within the Sidebar are aligned from the top down.
The Sidebar has only two default included Vista locations(right or left) configurable by:
- Right click a blank area in the Sidebar/Properties/Display Sidebar

Additionally Gadgets can be detached and located(rt click a Gadget, detach and drag to the preferred location)anywhere on the
desktop. Detached Gadgets will remain in place after the Sidebar is closed.
