side scroll bar

can anyone help me?
When I use the side scrollbar in IE it keeps scrolling to bottom of page on
its own
Windows XP home.
all anti virus up to date.

Oxy,

What type of mouse do you have? Some, if the scroll button in the middle is
pressed, turn on an autoscroll ability that may be causing your problem.

Thanks for the help, it was the mouse causing the trouble.
