Shuting down system

When shuting down the system I get numerous pop-up
windows taht say " End Program". They all shut down by
them selves, but, How do I get it to stop?

Hi,

This edit automatically ends tasks and timeouts that prevent programs from
shutting down and clears the Paging File on Exit.
