shutdown

Hi

When shutting down the PC from the Start menu, the PC would restart after
going through the shutdown process. Is this a Windows issue or something
else ?

Please help.

Sounds like something is crashing on shutdown. Turn off Automatic
Restart on error. (R-click My Computer, Properties, Advanced, Startup
and recovery settings)
