Shutdown / reboot ?

Just did a reboot and XP had a problem shutting down a program called
"directdbnotifywndproc". As far as I knew only IE6 was running. Any thoughts
on what this program is?

Its a MSwin notification of an API error, most likely IE6 / Outlook Express
