Shutdown problem

Hi all

My computer justs shuts down on its own.
it doesn't give any warning or any messages, it justs shuts down

i have sygate personal firewall installed
spybot and ad-aware are also installed
i checked for spywares and viruses.. there aren't any

a few months back i had the same problem and i changed my power supply.
is it causing overheating? how can i stop it?
i upgraded it to 400 W

any sugesstions?

If you've already run through the shutdown troubleshooters, then
probably your instinct about your issues being caused by hardware are
correct. Overheating can certainly cause the computer to just shut
down, as can bad RAM. Since you've already changed out the power
supply, you know that isn't the reason. Test your RAM, hard drive,
motherboard, etc.
