Whenever I shutdown my computer (not hibernate or standby, literally shutting
down the Windows station), it logs off and saves my settings as usual.
However, when it says "Windows is shutting down," Windows never shuts down.
The computer remains on with the shut down screen for hours. I even tried
leaving it on overnight. Nothing. Please help me slove this problem

this wont help but my computer does the exact same thing. I am just glad to
know its not limited to my comp. Thanks
